Single-Rider Slides | Wet 'n Wild

The single-rider high-speed body slides at Wet ‘n Wild offer pulse-pounding excitement, one person at a time. They are not for the faint of heart, but the daredevils in the group have their pick of quite a few single-rider slides—which is great when you can’t find anyone brave enough to go down these slide with you. Single-rider slides at Wet ‘n Wild include:

• The Storm: A steep tunnel sends riders flying down into a giant bowl, where they then spin before they drop to the pool below.
• Mach 5: Riders lay on a mat as they fly down head first one of three slides which twist and turn while falling 1,700 feet.
• Der Stuka: This screaming-fast behemoth drops riders six stories down a 76-foot nearly vertical drop, ending in a 115-foot water runway.
• Bomb Bay: Pretty much what it sounds like. Riders step inside a rocket and then wait for a trap door to open, sending them down a 76-foot nearly vertical drop.
• Brain Wash: The newest thrill ride at Wet ‘n Wild sends riders down a 65-foot funnel, dropping them a steep 53-feet along the way.
