Guests ride inside modified Land Rovers, which take them though the park’s Serengeti Plain habitat—home to some of the more exotic animals at Busch Gardens. The 65-acre Serengeti Plain is the first habitat of its kind to give animals in captivity a free-roaming environment. Animals such as Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, bongo, addax, addra gazelle, impala, ostrich, stork, crane, and more make their home in this area. Adjacent to Rhino Rally is an Asian elephant exhibit, which is tied in to the ride. The main train station for the trains that move visitors to other areas of the park is located at the Nairobi area.
