ESPN Wide World of Sport Complex

The 220-acre ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resorts has everything a sports fan could dream and more. This sports facility offers nearly 300 amateur and professional sporting events every year along with interactive sporting experiences. Attractions at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex include: state of the art video monitors throughout the complex showing action and highlights from events taking place in the complex, a digital production center, and the ESPN Innovation Lab, which creates and tests new technology in sports broadcasting.

The Complex welcomes more than 60 sports across nine venues. Venues include the Track & Field Complex, the Tennis Centre, the Baseball Quadruplex, Champion Stadium, HP Field House, Jostens Center, Hess Sports Fields, Cross Country Course, and Diamondplex. What’s more, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is home to spring training for the Major League baseball team the Atlanta Braves. Visitors to the Complex can watch these major leaguers as they prepare for the regular baseball season.

For those who love to combine sports and video games, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is the place. The PlayStation Pavilion at the Complex has 17 PlayStation 3s and exclusive game titles.

The ESPN Wide World of Sport Grill is the onsite restaurant at the Complex serves up casual lunch and dinner fare, food and beverage carts operate seasonally, and concession stands are open during sporting events.

Tickets to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex must be purchased separately from the Magic Your Way tickets, however the gift store is available whether or not you purchase a ticket. The park publishes a detailed schedule of each day’s events, so you can plan your visit based on planned events. Transportation to the Complex is available via bus throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.
