Disney's BoardWalk | Walt Disney World
Inspired by the famous Coney Island Boardwalk in New York and the Boardwalk in Atlantic City, New Jersey, Disney's BoardWalk at Disney World Resort in Orlando offers over 90,000 square feet of restaurants, entertainment venues, nightclubs, shops, and more. Quaint pastel-colored buildings with stripped awnings lie along the quarter-mile-long boardwalk, which runs along Crescent Lake. Guests can enjoy the various whimsical and talented street performers as they stroll along the boardwalk, play old-fashioned midway games, rent pedicabs or bicycles, grab a bit to eat at one of the food vendors, and much more. Several shops offer unique gifts and of course Disney merchandise and souvenirs.
The food vendors offer a delicious array of boardwalk-style offerings including funnel cakes, hotdogs, cotton candy, and more. For guests who’ve worked up a bigger appetite, Disney’s BoardWalk offers a wide array of restaurants including a beer pub, a sports bar, and even some more upscale offerings. Entertainment offerings include dancing, a piano bar with dueling pianos and raucous sing-alongs, and even specialty cruises on Crescent Lake.
Disney’s BoardWalk is also home to Disney’s BoardWalk Resort, an early-twentieth-century seaside resort-themed hotel in the deluxe category.
