Enchanted Tiki Room, Magic Kingdom

The Enchanted Tiki Room opened officially at the Walt Disney Animal Kingdom in 1971, and Magic Kingdom attraction tickets weren’t going to be needed, since it was originally intended to be restaurant.

Magic Kingdom has recently modernised this performance and now, the Enchanted Tiki Room is more glorious than ever.

The show was also improved although respect and contribution of the old show remains still clearly visible.

Since the renovation, the Enchanted Tiki Room has added ‘Under New Management’ to its name and can commonly be found listed with this name within Magic Kingdom Theme Parks nowadays. Even the attractions sign itself no reads; Enchanted Tiki Room ‘Under New Management’.

This attractive show evolves around a series of famous characters like Zazu from ‘The Lion King’ and popular hosts like Pierre and Fritz. For 20 minutes you will be transported into a magical land with a show Disney Magic Kingdom proudly boasts.

Found in Adventure Land, the Enchanted Tiki Room is just opposite Disneyland Magic Kingdom’s Jungle Cruise. The most fantastic thing about the Enchanted Tiki Room attraction is that you never have to actually wait in any queues.

This has nothing to do with what type of Magic Kingdom Attraction tickets you purchase, but comes wholly from the fact that you wait amidst a wisecrack pre-show entertainment with the voices of Don Rickles and the late beloved Phil Hartman.

Full of audio animatronics figures and characters, the Enchanted Tiki Room delivers true enchantment with a unique show that you won’t find anywhere else but Disney’s Magic Kingdom.
